Practices that reverse Climate Change? Sounds impossible... But not when Complete Mitigation Science is used!
And we encourage others to do the same!
The ability of mature trees to sequester carbon is measurable, demonstrable, and directly correlated to climate-changing conditions. This correlation demonstrates how humans modified our global biome with demand-driven forestry practices that resulted in CO2-driven climate change. Today's younger crop of global trees and premature harvesting has led to a decreasing capacity to sequester atmospheric CO2, which is over 98% of Earth's climate problem. Only 3-5% of global forestry contains 100+ years of tree maturity. A tree's maturity is proportional to a tree’s CO2 sequestration ability, and highly immature trees, as marketable trees, make up 90-95% of Earth’s global forests and are also logged. Immature trees can only sequester tens of pounds of CO2 annually. In contrast, mature trees can sequester hundreds or thousands of pounds of CO2 annually. Climate change stems from the global decline of CO2 sequestration that lacks maturity, which leads back to human forestry demand imposing unnecessary restrictions on tree maturity.
Yes, a cure for climate change is what we’ve found. CO2 sequestration in the form of Complete Mitigation Science is the Promethean gift to ending CO2-driven climate change. But not without your help.
Get involved! CMS needs you to spread its knowledge, so please promote this site in any way possible. The more people who understand what really caused climate change, the better our chances to cure it!
Complete Mitigation Science, or CMS, is a scientific study compiled from the public works of many cited studies that confirmed new knowledge discovered by its principal researcher, Timothy C. Thompson. CMS is considered a major breakthrough in climate change science because it’s impact became undeniable within the multiple proofs in the study’s math and logic.
CMS relates fundamental physical laws of nature to balance the emissions and sequestration of CO2. To do so, CMS improved definitions that detailed climate change's origin, timelines, and mitigation. The discovery of CMS unveiled in the correlations between Earth's CO2 sinks, atmospheric CO2 in ppm, and the history of human demand for forestry. Further exploring climate change as an issue of environmentally engineered conditions rather than an issue based entirely on emissions allowed CMS to conclude that human influence on global forestry has historically impeded naturally occurring CO2 sinks. It occurs by harvesting younger and younger trees and results in impeded CO2 sinks. Today's forestry is impeded enough to make it almost useless in removing CO2 from the atmosphere.
Earth's trillions of immature trees globally currently absorb almost no CO2 from the atmosphere, whereas existing and protected mature trees, 100+ years old, absorb over 85% of CO2 atmospheric outflow today. That is not near enough.
Since atmospheric CO2 is the foundation of climate change, CMS prescribed a restoration of the balance between sequestration and emissions. It even concludes this restoration is more than possible and proposes a practical way to implement such a restoration.
CMS stewardship allows trees to grow and mature for not just decades but generations. That’s the opposite of today's demand-driven forestry practices, which restrict the maturation of 85-95% of global trees. Globally, it’s a rarity if a marketable tree matures to age 40 before harvest. To win the fight against climate change, forests must be allowed to mature. There is no other way to stop climate change from ending humanity. CMS, unfortunately, proved that with comparisons of emission reduction methods and sequestration realities.
